Jan has been a Stampin’ Up!© Independent Demonstrator since October, 2004.  Originally from Michigan, she and her family moved to Alabama in 2002 after living in Florida for twelve years.  We met her through Jinger Entrekin, who gave Jan her Stampin’ Up!© customer list when she (Jinger) decided to no longer be a company consultant.  So, we invited Jan to come to Rheba’s home for a weeknight crop and soon, she became a regular.  Her understanding husband knows that most Thursday evenings, he’ll be a “scrapbooker’s widower”.

Besides stamping, making gorgeous hand made cards, and many 3-D items, Jan enjoys gardening, reading, and playing on the computer.  She still considers herself to be a novice cropper, but her work proves to us that she has the creativity of a seasoned scrapaholic.  Her vibrant personality matches her vividly colored hair!  What a FUN lady she is!

Two nights every month, Jan opens her home in Gadsden for “Ladies Time Out”.  Serving refreshments, she offers instruction on a different project each time.  You may bring your own supplies and work on what you choose; or purchase kits there and join in on the fun and creativity she is demonstrating that evening.

For our 2007 Mentone retreat, Jan donated two fantastic prizes!  How can we possibly thank her enough for her generous donations?  She also brought some beautiful hand made items for sale such as greeting cards, 3-D gift / treat boxes, goody pockets, and decorative stamped Valentine candy bar wrappers (of course those were covering delicious candy bars). *These items may be seen on a photo in the 2007 retreat album, as well as a larger photo of Mrs. Bonka.
