As of Monday morning, June 21st @ 9:00am, 2010 we were completely FULL for our February, 2011 Mentone retreat!  WOW!  Less than 24 hours from the sending of the invitation!  We are thrilled that so many of you are excited about attending the February event and look forward to seeing everyone in Mentone.   Many of the ladies who are registered will be repeat attendees but we do have over 10 newbie’s and we can’t wait to spoil them!

The first sixty ladies to register with a paid deposit & completed attendee form were our official attendees for the 2011 event.  It saddens us to think of losing anyone on our list of registered attendees; but we understand that with this many people involved, it is unlikely that we would not have at least one or two ladies to have something come up which would keep them from making it that weekend.  Keep your fingers and toes crossed that nothing happens to hinder your plans for February.

At this time, we have 15 hopeful women on our waiting list.  Of course they aren’t hopeful that some misfortune would prevent one of our ladies from going.  However, they are wishing for a spot to become available so they may join us, too.  We felt that we needed to inform you all of some guidelines for our waiting list.

The waiting list is comprised of the names of ladies whose attendee forms and deposits were not received BEFORE we reached the predetermined maximum number of sixty attendees.  *Checks or Paypal payments paid by any person on the waiting list are returned or destroyed upon request.   In order to be on the OFFICIAL NS WAITING LIST, a hopeful attendee must complete an attendee form & questionnaire for us to keep on file.  This way we will have the necessary contact information if a spot becomes available.
